Subject to these Terms, you may use the images and other output generated for you by the Service ("Output") for personal, educational, and commercial use. You are responsible for ensuring your Outputs do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

5.3 Our IP

The Service, including software, design, branding, and underlying systems, is owned by Colorsheets and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Purchases

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLORSHEETS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

11. Governing Law
